Welcome to Britton McGrath Associates Britton McGrath Associates is an independent strategic management consultancy founded in 2001 by Jill Britton and Nancy McGrath and specialising in the leisure and tourism markets. We work with private and public sector operators, local authorities, property developers, charities, consortia and entrepreneurs to help them deliver on their commercial, business and other organisational objectives. Jill and Nancy have successful track records in senior marketing and board level management at some of the UK’s most commercially successful visitor attractions. We now use the depth of our client-side experience in the commercial visitor attraction sector and our breadth of consultancy experience across a range of categories within the leisure and tourism sectors. We believe that leisure is a serious business and we treat our projects and clients’ needs accordingly. But our philosophy is always to try to remember what lies at the heart of leisure and tourism – people, places and pleasure, and that the visitor is our most important client.
