Andrew Potter

Following an MBA at the London Business School, Andrew spent 10 years in international retailing with Tie Rack where his responsibilities included: store opening operations; retail design; property management, intellectual property management and international expansion through franchising and licensing.

Andrew joined The Tussauds Group in 1996 where he developed significant expertise in developing, launching and operating leisure projects as well as in safety, security and emergency planning.  Whilst at TTG, Andrew was responsible for project managing, launching and subsequently operating The London Eye as its General Manager.  He was also responsible for project managing new ride introductions at Alton Towers and carrying out ride operational assessments. Andrew was a key member of the Britton McGrath Associates team working on the development of the proposed viewing gallery within London Bridge Tower, inputting specifically on capacity and guest flow management, operational optimisation and security.
