Britton McGrath Associates undertakes strategic marketing role for Kent based visitor attraction, the Hop Farm
Britton McGrath Associates have been working with the Hop Farm for the last twelve months. During that time we have: developed the marketing strategy; re-organised the marketing department and recruited a new Head of Sales and Marketing; overseen a re-branding exercise and overhauled the pricing/ticketing structure with a view to making the overall business more commercially successful.
The focus of our work now is on master-planning and new product development. Following a successful trial in Easter 2008, we are currently working with a major international character-based entertainment company to develop a full summer marketing and entertainment programme designed to attract the key family audience from a greater catchment area. Initiatives still in development include the creation of the Christmas experience, the development and exploitation of the groups and trade markets as well as the identification and evaluation of other broader site/asset opportunities.
