More HLF Success!
Britton McGrath Associates has now been responsible for developing the Business Plans and in doing so, making a major contribution to the success of three major HLF projects.
In November 2007, the HLF announced its decision to grant funding of £7.6m towards the £11.2m needed for the Chiswick House and Gardens restoration project. Britton McGrath Associates had worked on the project since 2004 and were responsible for both the successful Stage I and Stage II business plans. Work on the scheme got underway in April 2008 and is due for completion by March 2010.
Also in November 2007, the People’s History Museum in Manchester was awarded £7.18m by the HLF towards its £12.2m One-Site project. BMA worked with the PHM team to successfully develop the Stage II business plan for the museum. The project is now well underway and the new museum is planned to reopen in the autumn of 2009.
Britton McGrath Associates were responsible for developing both the Stage I and Stage II business plan for the £10m Hope Project bid by Watts Gallery in Surrey. The HLF has recently confirmed its grant of £4.3m. Another notch on our HLF bedpost! |
